Masterplanning for a new community at Officer in the eastern growth corridor of Melbourne in association with Hayball Architects. The masterplan was developed based on a functional, ecologcial and character based reading of the site, with the braod aims of designing for sustainability, experience and placemaking and fostering positive change at Officer.
